I didn’t expect applying this to be such a hassle, but it ended up stressing me out. The brush felt really stiff, and the liquid kept getting all over spots I wasn’t even trying to touch. I thought it’d be quick and easy, but it took way longer than it should have and just turned into a messy little project. Not something I’d want to deal with again.

I had a question about my order the other day while I was making lunch, and I ended up messaging their customer service instead of waiting around wondering. The first reply took a bit longer than I expected, so I was kind of checking my phone on and off, but once they got back to me, they were actually helpful. They answered my questions clearly and were polite the whole time. It wasn’t anything super impressive, but they did get it sorted out in the end. I’d give them 4 stars — good support overall, just wish the first response had been a little faster.

My package showed up with the box completely crushed, and once I opened it, everything inside looked like it had just been tossed in without much care. For what I paid, I expected better. It was frustrating, and it kind of made me feel like my order wasn’t taken seriously at all

The ingredients seem okay overall, some of them are good, but a few feel basic. i didn’t expect to overthink it this much, but comparing everything and trying to figure out if it was actually worth it ended up being kind of stressful.

I’ve only used it a bit so far, but I was kind of surprised it didn’t sting my eyes or make my skin red. My eyes are usually sensitive with stuff like this, so I’m happy with it for now.

I checked this brand out a couple days ago and it does look legit at first glance. After spending a bit more time looking into it, though, I’m still not fully convinced yet. Maybe I just need to give it more time and see how things go.
